Valerie Rios

Valerie Rios is the Executive Director of Partners in Parenting (PIP), a mother and partner, and a valued member of the MHEC! Her professional journey has taken her from Europe to Texas where she has held an array of positions in the corporate and non-profit world. Her own difficult postpartum journey drives her to continue creating community and support for all new parents and she advocates for increased access and availability for Black and Latinx families.
